Local Seasoned NZ Grass-Fed Lamb Shawarma - 500gm

500gm packets of fresh New Zealand lamb shawarma.

Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, onion, ginger, meat masala, fresh lemon juice, and mixed capsicum slices.

Title: Seasoned Shawarma Wraps

Ingredients:
- 500g seasoned shawarma meat
- 4 large pita bread or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- Tzatziki sauce or garlic yogurt sauce (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned shawarma meat until fully cooked and browned, stirring occasionally.
2. Warm the pita bread or flatbreads in the oven or microwave until soft and pliable.
3. Lay out the warmed bread and evenly distribute the cooked shawarma meat onto each.
4. Top the shawarma meat with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
5. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce or garlic yogurt sauce, if desired.
6. Roll up the wraps tightly, enclosing the filling.
7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and place on a serving platter.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
9. Serve the seasoned shawarma wraps immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors!

Note: You can customize the toppings according to your preferences, adding ingredients like pickled turnips, tahini sauce, or hot sauce for extra flavor.
