Return Process

Please check your order immediately upon arrival and notify our delivery partner if there are any visible issues with the packaging or product quality.

If you discover a quality concern after delivery, contact us within 2 hours at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item.
- 3.Maintain Storage Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in its original packaging and stored at the recommended temperature (chilled or frozen) until collected.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once our quality team verifies the claim, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
