We use specialized temperature-controlled vehicles and vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure all food items remain at optimal temperatures from our warehouse to your doorstep.

What are your delivery areas and timelines within the UAE?

We deliver across all seven emirates. Orders placed before 4 PM in Dubai and Abu Dhabi typically qualify for next-day delivery, while other emirates are serviced within 48 hours.

Is all the meat sold at MLS UAE Halal certified?

Yes, 100% of our meat products are sourced from certified suppliers and are strictly Halal-compliant, meeting all UAE regulatory standards.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS notification with a tracking link to monitor your driver's progress in real-time.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or differs from your order. Please inspect your delivery immediately and notify our team within 2 hours of receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
